The Role As an Electronic Repair Engineer you''ll be the first point of contact for technical support queries on complex electronic equipment and devices. Day-to-day the Electronic Repair Engineer will be fault-finding and repairing returned equipment to component level, handling customer technical queries, and providing out-of-hours helpdesk cover on a rota basis. The Electronic Repair Engineer will also be involved in acceptance testing of new and refurbished equipment, implementing hardware and software modifications, and maintaining accurate fault logs to support quality and trend analysis.
