Working Hours

• Monday to Thursday: 07:00 – 16:00

• Friday: 07:00 – 13:00

About the Role
We are looking for a reliable and detail-oriented Electronics Production Operative to join our growing team in Solihull. This role involves assembling and testing access control and fire alarm system products, ensuring all items meet high-quality standards.
You will play a key role in supporting production targets while maintaining a safe and organised working environment.
Key Responsibilities

• Assemble access control and fire alarm system products

• Work from manufacturing orders, line cards, and samples

• Refurbish decommissioned equipment

• Perform hand soldering tasks

• Use manual and electrical hand tools

• Test finished products to ensure functionality

• Carry out quality inspections in line with company standards

• Report faults and issues to the Team Leader or Manager

• Meet daily and weekly production KPIs

• Maintain good housekeeping and manage tools effectively

Skills & Qualifications

• Basic experience in manual soldering

• Previous experience in electronics manufacturing (preferred)

• Basic electrical knowledge

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

• Comfortable working under pressure and meeting deadlines

• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
