      <description>Location: Greater Manchester | Salary: Negotiable | Type: Permanent | Job Title:  Electronics Engineer   Location:  Greater Manchester   Salary:  Up to £50k (DOE)      This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced Electronics Engineer to join a skilled engineering team.  You will diagnose, test and repair a wide range of electronic systems, PCBs and assemblies down to component level. This is a hands-on role requiring strong practical electronics fault-finding skills.         About the Role      Diagnose and repair faults on electronic PCBs and assemblies down to component level.   Carry out detailed fault-finding using oscilloscopes, multimeters, logic probes and other electronic test equipment.   Inspect incoming equipment and produce detailed condition assessment reports.   Replace and rework surface-mount (SMD) and through-hole components to appropriate IPC standards.   Test and validate repaired equipment to ensure it meets required performance and quality standards.   Produce clear and concise engineering reports covering diagnostics, repairs and test results.
