About the Role
The Principal Electronic Design Engineer role is a permanent, hands-on technical leadership position based in Central London, with a salary range of £66,000 to £82,000 per annum. The postholder will focus on detailed hardware design, building test equipment for research and device deployment, and managing international standards test and compliance processes. Key responsibilities include taking schematic CAD designs through to production, designing analogue front ends, ESD protection, and ensuring EMC compliance. Candidates should possess experience with board bring-up, debugging, embedded C microcontrollers, Altium PCB layout, RF, and high-speed data busses.
