The Company
You''ll be joining a small business of around 12 people, including a hands-on workshop team of four. The Role
As an Electronic Assembly Technician, you will:

• Assemble and inspect cable harnesses and electronic products to high standards of accuracy.
• Carry out precise soldering and tinning work, including joining cables and soldering components onto PCBs.
• Use hand crimping tools and a variety of workshop equipment to complete detailed finishing work.
• Follow technical drawings and assembly instructions carefully, maintaining documentation as required.
• Contribute to continuous improvement and uphold the company''s commitment to zero-defect manufacturing.

About You
To succeed in this role, you''ll bring:

• Proven experience in cable harness or electronic assembly, ideally within a high-reliability or regulated industry.
• Strong attention to detail and manual dexterity.
• Confidence in soldering and crimping to fine tolerances.
• A proactive, quality-focused mindset and pride in your craftsmanship.
• Own transport, as public transport links to the site are limited.

Hours and Pay

• Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM (no shifts or weekends)
• -13.50 per hour, with opportunities for long-term development within the team
