Electronic Assembler

OverviewElectronic Assembler for Gloucester based company (GL2 area), paying up to £12.80 DOE. Working Monday to Thursday 08:00 - 16:45 and 08:00 - 12:30 on a Friday. This is a straight permanent opportunity.

Their work spans both one-off, bespoke projects and high-volume production runs, meaning no two days are ever the same. Responsibilities

Interpret technical drawings and assemble components

Precision soldering and crimping

Wire harness assembly

Transformer and component assembly

Reading and working from technical drawings

Using hand tools and testing equipment

Following manufacturing processes to high quality standards

End-to-end involvement from product lifecycle to final inspection and testing

Qualifications/Experience

Experience in a similar electronic assembly role or a hands-on hobbyist background (e.g., model making) acceptable

Ability to work in a small, multi-skilled assembly team

Ability to interpret technical drawings
