Electronic Assembler

OverviewElectronic Assembler - Brighton Area - Temp to Perm - £12.43-£13.00 per hour

We''re currently recruiting for a hands-on Electronics Assembler to join a respected company near Brighton. This is a temporary role with the potential to become permanent after a few weeks. While training will be provided, previous experience in soldering, assembly, or working in a production/manufacturing setting is essential.

Responsibilities

Building and assembling products based on customer specifications

Putting together components to create finished units

Labelling, testing, and packing items to meet strict quality standards

Working independently at your own station while being part of a supportive team

Adhering to standard operating procedures and productivity goals

Flexibility to work across different areas of production when needed

What You\''ll Need

Solid experience with soldering, especially fine/detailed work

Excellent attention to detail and the ability to follow precise instructions

Good hand-eye coordination and manual dexterity

Background in a fast-paced production or manufacturing environment

Confidence using hand tools and performing PCB rework/repairs

Hours and Pay

Monday to Thursday: 7:30am - 4:30pm

Friday: 7:30am - 12:30pm

Pay rate: £12.43 per hour
