About the Role

Based in Stroud, this permanent Electronic Assembler position involves building low-volume, high-value precision robotic devices. Working full time, the successful candidate will assemble and test components across all product lines, selecting correct tools and fixtures. Duties include troubleshooting build issues, dimensioning and setting tolerances of mechanical parts, and creating labour records for every transaction. Applicants should demonstrate strong mechanical assembly skills and the ability to resolve problems linked to testing. Using Manufacturing System principles, the role drives continuous improvement throughout production. Salary ranges from £30,000 to £32,000 per annum, depending on experience.

Assembler required to assemble low volume high value precision Engineered robotic devices.
You will be assembling and testing products also troubleshooting and resolving any build issues.
You will
Assemble components of all Product Lines.
Select correct tools and fixtures.
Test assembled products.
Troubleshoot and resolve problems associated with the assembly and testing of products.

Create labor records for all transactions.
Use the guiding principles and tools of the Manufacturing System to drive continuous improvement.
