Carry out system set-ups and installations, including the rebuilding of products in line with documentation. Diagnose faults down to component level and complete repairs in a timely manner. Liaise with Materials and Production teams to obtain parts required for repairs. Use the RMA system to prioritise work, raise RMA numbers and record repair information. Manage RMA scheduling and provide customers with relevant repair information when required. Inspect completed work and ensure all associated paperwork is accurate and complete.
