Electromechanical Engineer

We are looking for an experienced Electromechanical Engineer to join a collaborative engineering team working on complex electromechanical machinery and equipment. This is a hands-on engineering role suited to someone who enjoys understanding how machinery works, solving technical problems and supporting products throughout their lifecycle. You will contribute to product design, engineering improvements, troubleshooting and manufacturing support, working closely with colleagues across engineering and other technical departments. The ideal candidate will have strong practical mechanical engineering knowledge, experience working with complex machinery and confident SolidWorks skills, including the creation of assemblies and production drawings. Job Description: As the Electromechanical Engineer you will be responsible for design, develop and improve mechanical components, assemblies and electromechanical products. Produce detailed 3D models, assemblies and manufacturing drawings using SolidWorks. Investigate mechanical faults, carry out root-cause analysis and implement effective engineering solutions. As the Electromechanical Engineer you will support product testing, machinery strip-downs, troubleshooting and ongoing product maintenance. Provide sustaining engineering support for existing and legacy products.
