Electro-Mechanical TechnicianHalifax£15.77 per hour 38 hours per week Monday-Friday (12:30 finish Friday) Our engineering client based in Halifax is looking to recruit a skilled Electro-Mechanical Technician to join their engineering team. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced Electro-Mechanical Technician to work in a high-quality manufacturing environment building and calibrating precision instruments and equipment. As an Electro-Mechanical Technician, you will be responsible for assembling, testing and calibrating products to ensure the highest standards of quality are consistently achieved. The Electro-Mechanical Technician will work closely with internal departments to support production, quality standards and continuous improvement initiatives.Key ResponsibilitiesBuild and assemble mechanical and electrical components to produce high-quality instruments.Calibrate equipment and ensure all products meet strict quality standards and procedures.Follow ISO quality processes and ensure measurement equipment is used correctly.Complete documentation including quality plans, NCRs and system updates accurately.Install and verify correct software revisions where required.Work collaboratively with operations, planning, distribution and service teams.Support continuous improvement activities within the department.Maintain excellent housekeeping, health and safety, and working practices.Assist with stock control processes and accurate system bookings.The Candidate The ..... full job details .....
