Electro-Mechanical Maintenance Engineer- Electrical Bias

The Just Recruitment Group Ltd is currently recruiting for a multi-skilled maintenance engineer for an engineering company based in Braintree, Essex.Do you have an analytical or problem-solving mind-set and you''re looking for an exciting opportunity within a busy engineering/maintenance team?We are currently on the lookout for an ambitious Electro-Mechanical Maintenance Engineer, you will interact with several departments to ensure that our manufacturing processes continues to deliver our products as efficiently as possible through efficient preventative maintenance, emergency breakdown response and continuous improvement initiatives within the manufacturing areas. You will deliver manufacturing targets by ensuring the process equipment is maintained to a high standard. The maintenance team will assist in projects to deliver quality, productivity, safety and cost reductions.Duties will include: Carry out planned preventative maintenance (PPM) on production and site equipment Diagnose and repair electrical faults on machinery, including control panels, PLCs, and inverter drives Support mechanical maintenance activities where required (e.g. bearings, belts, gearboxes, pneumatics) Respond rapidly to breakdowns, minimising downtime and production disruption Work on electrical installations, modifications, and continuous improvement projects Fault find on automation systems, including PLCs (e.g. Siemens, Fanuc) Complete all maintenance records accurately using a PC based system ..... full job details .....
