Electro-Mechanical engineer

Our client, a leading organisation in the marine and consumer electronics sector, is currently seeking a highly skilled Electro-Mechanical Engineer to join their dynamic team. This permanent role involves developing innovative solutions for both commercial and leisure marine markets.This role will give you the opportunity to work autonmously as part of a small team and give you the chance to grow, develop and lead a team in the longer term.Key Responsibilities:Leading and managing complex engineering projectsCollaborating with multidisciplinary teams to create cutting-edge solutionsParticipating in project planning meetings to define scope, milestones, and resource requirementsMonitoring project progress throughout its lifecycleDocumenting technical specifications, test procedures, and validation reportsProviding on-site installation and system design servicesEnsuring excellent customer care and troubleshooting issues promptlyJob Requirements:Proven experience in electrical and mechanical engineeringStrong understanding of system design principlesFull UK driving licence for site and installation visitsSkilled in schematic creation and interpretationConfidence to work independently or lead a team on customer sitesRelevant degree or diploma in Electrical Engineering or Mechanical EngineeringExperience with high-level computer technology including design packages like AutoCADSolar system design and installation experience is an advantage but not essentialBenefits:Company Share ..... full job details .....
