Electro Mechanical Engineer- Print Finishing Permanent PositionSalary £32,000 + £2k annual Bonus + Company Car + Excellent company benefitsWorking week Monday to Friday, Engineer to be at first call for 9:30amDue to ongoing success, our client, a market leader in Printing Equipment and Supplies are expanding their Field Service Engineer teams!We are supporting them to recruit for Service and Repair Field Service Engineers, to maintain, fix and service the Print Finishing Manufacturers equipment on customer premises.This is a customer facing role, Engineers must maintain the highest level of customer service. Due to the nature of this role, candidates must hold a valid driving licence with no more than 6 points. Company training will be provided and conducted at their headquarters.Effective Communication: Ensure that Clients are informed of your estimated time of arrival and updated as required.Ensure that the Service Desk is informed as early as possible to any potential issues.Report back, in writing, any Client concerns or worries Accurate Administration: Ensure correct charges are added to Calls and that the Client understands them when signing off.Ensure correct, detailed, information is recorded for each Call within the system, include photos where necessary.Ensure Timesheets and Expense Forms are accurate and submitted in a timely manner.
