Job Title: Electro-Mechanical Design EngineerLocation: Harlow, Essex (On-Site Working) Salary: £50,000 - £60,000 + Bonus and Benefits (Depending on Experience) Please Note: All Applicants must have the right to work in the UK without the need for VISA sponsorship now or in the future.Overview:Zenovo are looking for an experienced Electro-Mechanical Design Engineer to join a client''s Design and Development team in Harlow, Essex. A successful candidate will be expected to design and develop robust, cost-effective and manufacturable electro-mechanical solutions for low-voltage (LV) power distribution systems, including sheet metal enclosures and structural components, within an ISO 9001 environment. Working closely with Production, Quality, Procurement, Technical Sales and suppliers, you will support the full product lifecycle from concept and CAD design through to prototyping, NPI and production support. You will also contribute to continuous improvement, product reliability and engineering best practice, while ensuring designs meet technical, quality and regulatory requirements.Key Responsibilities: Design and develop sheet metal enclosures, structural components and electro-mechanical assemblies for power distribution systems. Produce accurate 2D and 3D CAD models, detailed engineering drawings and tolerances to support manufacture and assembly.
