You''ll build, inspect, test, repair and upgrade electro-mechanical assemblies, working from technical drawings and manufacturing instructions. If you''re practical, precise and take pride in producing high-quality work, this could be a great opportunity. The Role Build electro-mechanical assemblies from technical drawings, CMMs and SOPs. Work on motors, fans, heaters and other electro-mechanical products. Use hand tools and precision measuring equipment including torque drivers, micrometers and verniers. Carry out drilling, tapping, reaming, countersinking, filing, lapping, buffing and lubrication. Connect cables and wiring to technical specifications. Inspect and test completed assemblies, identifying and troubleshooting faults. Carry out repairs and upgrades where required. Complete manufacturing and quality documentation accurately.
