Electro-Mechanical Assembler

Main Duties and ResponsibilitiesCarry out electro-mechanical assembly work in accordance with engineering drawings and/or CMMs.Carry out electro-mechanical assembly and installation of fans, motors and/or heaters in accordance with drawings and/or CMMs.Use a range of basic hand tools and precision measuring equipment, including torque drivers, micrometers and verniers.Assemble parts and units to specified requirements, ensuring they meet quality standards and function correctly. This may include drilling, tapping, reaming, countersinking, filing, lapping, buffing and lubrication.Connect cables and wires in accordance with specified requirements and relevant documentation.Conduct testing and inspections to identify, diagnose and resolve any issues.Follow all company manufacturing procedures, processes and quality requirements.Complete all relevant production, quality and manufacturing documentation accurately and in a timely manner.Provide information and assistance to customers, suppliers and visitors from other companies within the Group. Visitors may tour the factory floor, examine parts and observe manufacturing activities; therefore, the ability to communicate professionally and effectively at all levels is essential.Participate in Continuous Improvement and 5S activities that contribute to product quality, efficiency and output.Use all Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) provided, in accordance with company requirements.Carry out all duties and activities in a timely ..... full job details .....
