This is a hands-on role suited to someone with strong mechanical and electrical assembly experience who enjoys working on technically advanced systems.What You''ll Be DoingBuilding complex electro-mechanical systems from engineering drawings, schematics, and work instructionsMechanical assembly, wiring, and integration of components such as: PCBsPower suppliesCooling systemsServer-based hardwareCarrying out fault finding, repair, and rework on assembliesInterpreting electrical schematics and resolving issuesEnsuring high-quality builds through self-checking and peer checksSupporting production targets and throughputAssisting with prototype builds and project work alongside engineering teamsContributing to Lean Manufacturing, 5S, and continuous improvement initiativesMaintaining a safe, organised, and efficient work environmentWhat We''re Looking ForExperience assembling complex electro-mechanical productsAbility to read and work from engineering drawings and wiring diagramsStrong fault-finding and problem-solving skillsConfident working independently and as part of a teamGood mechanical skills and general workshop experienceA solid understanding of electrical and mechanical principlesFamiliarity with Lean, 5S, or continuous improvement (desirable)Good attention to detail and ability to work to high-quality standardsWorking HoursMonday - Thursday: 08:00 - 16:00Friday: 08:00 - 15:30Potential to move into a shift-based role in future (with additional pay)Why Apply?Work on ..... full job details .....
