Key Responsibilities Assemble complex mechanical and electro-mechanical systems from engineering drawings and work instructions Build sub-assemblies and full systems with high levels of accuracy and attention to detail Interpret BOMs and ensure all components are fitted to required tolerances Carry out basic fault finding and support root cause analysis of build issues Maintain high standards of cleanliness and quality throughout the assembly process Identify opportunities for continuous improvement in build efficiency and output Work collaboratively with production and engineering teams to meet deadlines Skills & Experience Proven experience in mechanical or electro-mechanical assembly Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings and specifications Strong attention to detail and understanding of tolerances Experience using measuring equipment (e.g. micrometers, verniers, calipers) Hands-on approach with strong problem-solving ability Knowledge of gene...
