As part of the Manufacturing Team, you will: Carry out various manufacturing operations associated with assembly, testing, finishing and calibration of products using standard work instructions. Main Tasks & Responsibilities All assembly operations, including hand soldering. In-process inspection & test. Sealing & finishing operations. Calibration operations. Fault finding to sub-assembly level on RMAs and production test fails. Support Skills Matrix qualification and cross-training of Manufacturing Operatives. Champion 5S & Standard Work to maintain and improve product quality and factory productivity. Support internal Management System audits (ISO 9001 / 14001). Support continuous improvement in product quality and factory productivity. Support proto-type build & special projects. Support New Product Introduction.
