Electrician (Water)

Job Description:
We are seeking a skilled Electrician to carry out electrical maintenance, repair, and installation work at a Anglian Water-wastewater site. You will play a key role in ensuring electrical systems operate safely and efficiently, supporting the smooth running of site operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform electrical maintenance, testing, fault finding, and repair of plant and equipment.

• Install and commission electrical systems, wiring, and controls as required.

• Ensure all electrical work complies with health, safety, and environmental regulations.

• Support site operations by maintaining electrical systems that optimise wastewater treatment processes.

• Accurately complete documentation, job sheets, and reports for all work carried out.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as an electrician, ideally within wastewater, utilities, or an industrial environment.

• Strong knowledge of electrical systems and regulations (e.g., BS 7671).

• Relevant qualifications (NVQ Level 3, 18th Edition, AM2, or equivalent).

• Ability to work independently or as part of a team.

• A strong commitment to safe working practices.
