We have an exciting opportunity for a Multi Skilled Technician (Electrical) to work as part of our team at UPP Reading in providing both a planned and responsive maintenance service specialising in electrical and mechanical repairs.This is a permanent full-time position working 37.5 hours per week on a 9 week rolling rota with some weekend working._Please note that a current manual UK Driving Licence is essential for this role._The salary for this role is £40k per annum dependant on experience and qualifications plus the potential of an additional circa £800 per annum on-call allowance. Key responsibilities include: Undertake maintenance within the residences in a safe working environment, assessing all Health and Safety issues before work commences and report any hazards identified to the relevant Manager.
