The person:

• Holds a Level 3 NVQ in Electrical Installation or Maintenance.
• Demonstrates comprehensive experience in electrical maintenance, fault diagnosis, and compliance adherence.
• Possesses excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
• Ready to participate in an on-call rotation to support the estate''s operational needs.
