Electrician - Facilities and Building ServicesTemporary Contract Up to 25 per hourHarrogate and North YorkshireWe are recruiting an experienced Facilities / Building Services Electrician for a temporary contract with an excellent employer, offering a strong working environment and long-term potential.You will be working across a large commercial site in Harrogate and multiple sites across North Yorkshire, carrying out electrical and mechanical maintenance, fault finding and installations. Key ResponsibilitiesPlanned and reactive maintenance on electrical, mechanical and building services systemsCompletion of PPMs in line with SLA and KPI requirementsFault finding and repairs on: HVAC systemsLighting and emergency lightingControls and emergency systemsWater hygiene systems Fire alarm and sprinkler testing and maintenanceElectrical installation workSupporting and leading MandE project workGeneral site and facilities maintenance Candidate ProfileQualified Electrician (Facilities / Building Services / Commercial)Strong electrical bias with mechanical knowledgeExperience within FM, building services or commercial environmentsConfident with PPMs, reactive maintenance and faultfindingFull UK driving licence preferred Travail Employment Group Ltd is acting as an Employment Business in relation to this vacancy.
