The RoleYou will be responsible for a mix of planned maintenance, reactive repairs, and project work, including:Carrying out planned preventative maintenance (PPM) and reactive maintenanceFault finding and repair across: HVAC systemsEmergency lightingControls and general lighting systemsWater hygiene systemsMaintenance and testing of fire systems including alarms and sprinklersSupporting and leading mechanical and electrical project workElectrical installation tasksGeneral building and site maintenance dutiesProviding out-of-hours cover on a rota basisAbout you:Min NVQ Level 3 Electrical Installation18th EditionExperience in facilities, commercial or industrial environmentsStrong fault-finding and organisational skillsExperience within commercial, industrial or facilities environmentsBackground in FM, construction or property maintenanceConfident with PPM systems and job management systemsStrong organisational skills with the ability to plan and prioritise workloadGood IT skillsBenefits:Quarterly bonus 2,500 guaranteed on-call allowanceHealth ..... full job details .....
