We are recruiting on behalf of a well-established property maintenance contractor for an experienced Electrician to join their growing team. Working across occupied and void residential properties in Tonbridge and surrounding areas, you will carry out a variety of planned and reactive electrical works, ensuring all work is completed safely, efficiently and to a high standard. This is an excellent opportunity for an Electrician with experience in domestic property maintenance who takes pride in delivering quality workmanship and excellent customer service. Electrician - Kent - To start ASAP 40,000 basic salary Company van Company uniform and PPE 24 days annual leave plus Bank Holidays Company pension Permanent, full-time position Ongoing training and development opportunities Key Responsibilities Full and partial domestic rewires (surface and concealed) Electrical installations within kitchens and bathrooms, including cookers, showers, sockets, lighting and extractor fans Installation and maintenance of heating controls and electrical components for wet heating systems Consumer unit and distribution board replacements Installation of SWA sub-mains and tails Installation and maintenance of domestic fire alarm systems Carry out Electrical Installation Condition Reports (EICRs) Testing and inspection of electrical installations PAT testing of company-owned properties and equipment Diagnose faults and carry out repairs efficiently Complete all certification and job ..... full job details .....
