Resolve minor issues where possible and refer complex work to the relevant specialist.Carry out refurbishment, repair, and maintenance work either independently or as part of a multi-skilled team. Complete property inspections when required and assist with emergency call-outs (e.g. after bad weather, vandalism, or fire).Work across a variety of Council properties throughout the borough, ensuring all work is completed safely, efficiently, and to a high standard while providing excellent customer service.Represent the Council professionally when working in customers'' homes and other Council properties, maintaining high standards of workmanship, integrity, and custome...
