Please see below details.Location: Kettering and CorbyPay: 25.78 per hour (Paid weekly via umbrella)Hours: 37 HoursStart Date: ASAPDuration: 3 months (ongoing)ElectricianCarry out electrical remedial works within occupied and void social housing propertiesComplete electrical testing, inspection, and fault finding to ensure complianceUndertake rewiring works within void properties where requiredDiagnose and repair electrical faults to a high standardRecord completed works accurately using PDA systemsWork in line with Health and Safety regulations and electrical standardsParticipate in the out of hours call out rota (1 week in every 4)Deliver responsive maintenance works across the Kettering and Corby areaRequirementsMust hold City and Guilds 2360 Parts 1 and 2 (or equivalent)Must hold City and Guilds th EditionMust hold City and Guilds 2391 Test and Inspection (or equivalent)Must have proven Testing and Inspection experienceMust have experience working within a social housing environmentMust hold a full UK Driving LicenceOwn vehicle preferred (45p per mile mileage paid) or use of a company vehicleOwn standard power tools beneficialWilling to undertake CAT B Asbestos Training or ..... full job details .....
