      <description>Location: Didcot | Salary: 30.00-30.00 Hourly | Type: Temporary | Commercial Electrician Needed - Harwell (Didcot)We''re looking for an experienced commercial electrician for a long-term project based in Harwell, Didcot.Details:Start date: End of April (TBC)Duration: Minimum 6 monthsHours: 8 hours per day (30-minute break)Rate: 30- 34 ph (DOE and tickets)Key Responsibilities:Installation, commissioning, and upgrade support of specialist electrical systemsElectrical wiring of panels, control racks, and equipment (including high current/voltage systems)Installation of cable containment systems (flexible and rigid)Termination of multipole and coaxial connectors (solder, crimp, cage clamp)Carrying out safety testing prior to energisation and periodic inspection/testingFault finding, repair, and ongoing system maintenanceWorking closely with project teams and other contractors to ensure timely deliveryRequirements:Valid Gold Card2391 Testing and Inspection (desirable)IPAF (preferred)Strong experience in commercial 1st and 2nd fixConfident in testing, inspection, and fault findingOwn tools and PPEIf you''re reliable, experienced, and ready for a solid long-term role, get in touch today.Please apply to be considered.
