Electrician - Social Housing

This is an excellent opportunity to work within a customer-focused organisation, delivering high-quality electrical repairs and installations across residential properties throughout the South. The RoleCarry out responsive electrical repairs and emergency call-outs.Diagnose electrical faults and complete repairs efficiently.Undertake minor rewires and electrical upgrades.Replace accessories including sockets, switches and consumer units where required.Ensure all work complies with current BS7671 Wiring Regulations.Deliver exceptional customer service while working within occupied properties.Complete accurate job records using mobile technology.Participate in the out-of-hours on-call rota (approximately one week in every six). About YouNVQ Level 3 in Electrical Installation (or equivalent).AM2 qualification.Experience carrying out domestic electrical repairs and fault finding.Experience using NICEIC certification software or similar.Excellent customer service and communication skills.Ability to work independently and manage your own workload.Full UK Driving Licence.
