Working within the responsive maintenance division the role requires the successful candidate to be involved in repairs and replacements in customers homes. Every 5-6 weeks 1 week on call with bonus fee paid Key Responsibilities Responsive Repairs: Diagnose, trace, and repair electrical faults in tenanted and void domestic properties. Testing and Inspection: Carry out Electrical Installation Condition Reports (EICRs) and complete required safety remedial works.
