Electrician - Social Housing

We are currently seeking a skilled and reliable-Electrician-to join our growing team working across-social housing properties in Norwich and the surrounding areas.

• Carry out electrical repairs, maintenance, and installations within social housing properties.
• Undertake Electrical Installation Condition Reports (EICRs).
• Complete testing, inspection, fault finding, and remedial works.

Essential Requirements

• NVQ Level 3 Electrical Installation
• AM2 Qualification
• 18th Edition Wiring Regulations (BS7671)
• Previous experience working within-Social Housing-or residential properties.
• Experience carrying out testing, inspection, fault finding, and remedial works.
• Good understanding of current electrical regulations.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage workload effectively.
• Full UK Driving Licence.

Desirable Qualifications

• City & Guilds 2391 or 2394/2395 Testing & Inspection.
• ECS/CSCS Card.
• Experience completing EICRs within occupied properties.
• Social housing maintenance experience.
