The successful candidate will be responsible for carrying out testing and EICRs across various social housing properties in Kent. Responsibilities: Carry out Electrical Installation Condition Reports (EICRs) in social housing properties. Complete electrical inspection and testing to current regulations and industry standards. Identify, diagnose and report electrical defects and non-compliances. Ensure all testing and certification is completed accurately and submitted within required timescales.
