Job Description

• Carrying out electrical installations, rewires and upgrades within occupied and void Social Housing properties across East London.
• Completing electrical testing, inspection and fault finding, ensuring all work complies with current regulations.
• Undertaking responsive repairs and planned maintenance while delivering a high standard of workmanship and customer service.
• Producing accurate certification and reports following all testing and installation works.
• Working closely with supervisors and tenants to complete Electrical works safely, efficiently and within agreed timescales across East London.

Skills / Qualifications

• Qualified Electrician with experience working within Social Housing, housing maintenance or property services.
• Level 3 Electrical Installation qualification essential.
• 18th Edition Wiring Regulations qualification essential.
• 2391 Testing & Inspection qualification essential.
• Full UK Driving Licence with the ability to cover East London using a company van.
