The Role: Permanent position Carry out reactive maintenance repairs in occupied and void social housing properties - Northampton-Stratford Upon Avon patch Repair and maintain occupied properties Deliver high-quality, safe work with a strong focus on resident satisfaction Start - ASAP What We're Looking For: Proven reactive maintenance experience, ideally in social housing Qualified with   with NVQ3 and 18th Edition Ability to work independently in a reactive environment Good customer service and communication skills Full UK driving license What We Offer: £37,440 base salary + 5% bonus paid every March pro rata and ON call 1 week in every 5-6 weeks paid £100 for the week + £50 per call out Mon - Fri 8am- 4.30pm Company van and fuel card Pension, holidays, job security, and other benefits Benefits: • Company Van and Fuel card • 25 days annual leave + bank holidays & your birthday off* (34 days total) • Pay review every year • 26 weeks full pay maternity leave and 8 weeks full pay paternity...
