The role covers domestic properties, voids, communal areas, sheltered accommodation, offices and commercial premises , ensuring all work is completed safely, efficiently and in line with current regulations. Key Responsibilities Carry out EICRs, initial verification testing and remedial works. Diagnose and repair electrical faults across domestic and non-domestic properties. Undertake rewires, consumer unit upgrades and electrical installations. Install and maintain communal lighting, emergency lighting and fire/smoke alarm systems. Complete digital certification and ensure compliance with BS 7671 and health and safety legislation. Inspect and upgrade void properties to required letting standards. Use mobile devices/tablets to manage jobs, record time and submit certification. Essential Requirements Fully qualified Electrician with ECS Gold Card or equivalent . Level 3 ... Permanent
