The Role As the Electrician, you ll: Deliver Responsive Repairs: Respond to and execute reactive domestic electrical repairs and maintenance within occupied social housing properties. Manage Testing and Compliance: Carry out vital electrical installations, servicing, inspections, and testing, including completing full EICRs and executing necessary remedial works. Diagnose and Resolve Faults: Troubleshoot technical issues safely and efficiently, ensuring all work complies with the latest wiring regulations and safety documentation. Champion Tenant Satisfaction: Provide excellent, friendly customer service directly to residents, maintaining high quality standards and working alongside other trades when required.
