Perform fire alarm testing, emergency lighting checks, and regular compliance inspections. Diagnose and resolve electrical faults including fuse board issues and general remedial work. Replace and repair lighting systems, components, and fittings. Complete both PPM tasks and respond to reactive maintenance requests. Travel nationwide Monday-Friday as required to meet operational demands. Ensure all work is carried out safely and in line with relevant regulations and internal procedures. Maintain accurate records, job sheets, and system updates using company-provided IT tools. Required Skills & Qualifications: Fully qualified Electrician (NVQ Level 3 or equivalent). 18th Edition Wiring Regulations (desirable). Proven experience in commercial or industrial maintenance.
