Electrician (Building Services)Mansfield, Nottinghamshire Permanent Full TimeAre you a qualified Electrician looking for a stable role within a critical healthcare environment?We are currently recruiting for an Electrician to join a well-established Building Services team responsible for the maintenance, repair and compliance of a large acute healthcare estate in the Mansfield area.This is an excellent opportunity to become part of a multi-skilled engineering team, supporting a complex and challenging environment where reliability, safety and service delivery are paramount.The RoleAs an Electrician, you will be responsible for carrying out both planned preventative maintenance (PPM) and reactive maintenance activities across a wide range of electrical systems and associated building services equipment.Working within a live hospital environment, you will ensure all tasks are completed safely, efficiently and in compliance with current regulations and standards.Key ResponsibilitiesCarry out PPM and reactive maintenance on electrical systems and plant.Undertake inspection, testing and certification of fixed and portable electrical equipment.Ensure compliance with the latest electrical wiring regulations.Maintain and fault-find on: Electrical distribution systemsEmergency power and UPS systemsLighting and power installationsFire alarm systemsNurse call and communication systemsMotors and control equipmentBuilding Management Systems (BMS)HVAC-related electrical equipmentPumps, ..... full job details .....
