This role involves providing a comprehensive range of electrical services to both void and occupied properties, ensuring high standards of safety and efficiency.Day-to-day of the role:Conducting testing and inspection of electrical systems.Performing remedial repairs as necessary.Undertaking full and partial rewires according to requirements.Completing Electrical Installation Condition Reports (EICR).Changing consumer units as needed.Managing van stock to ensure all necessary equipment is available for tasks.Required Skills and Qualifications:Level 3 Electrical Qualification.Must hold the 18th Edition wiring regulations certificate.2391 or 2394 and 2395 qualifications are essential.Full UK driving licence is required.Proven experience in electrical work within social housing or similar settings.Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.Benefits:Competitive salary of 42,750Opportunities for professional development and training.Supportive team environment.Essential tools and vehicle provided.To apply for this Electrician position, please submit your ..... full job details .....
