Join a leading housing association as an Electrician within their compliance services team. This role is crucial in providing quality, affordable homes and making a real difference in people''s lives. You will be part of a dynamic team ensuring the safety and functionality of electrical services in our properties.

Day-to-day of the role:

• Carry out routine testing and repairs of electrical equipment in customer homes as part of the Electrical Team.
• Perform responsive repairs and work within our planned teams according to work schedules, adhering to the Institute of Electrical Engineering (IEE) wiring regulations and standard procedures.
• Maintain a strong health and safety mindset, applying best practices.
• Estimate, requisition, and recommend the acquisition of materials and spares to ensure satisfactory repairs and maintenance.
• Utilize your skills to record and report on the status and condition of electrical services equipment through periodic inspection sheets and minor works/installation certificates.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Relevant experience in a similar role, ideally within the Residential/Housing sector.
• Qualified to a minimum of NVQ level 3 (or equivalent) in a relevant field.
• Must hold the 18th Edition (BS7671) and City & Guild 2391 Electrical Test/Inspect certifications.
• Strong knowledge of health and safety regulations.
• Full and current driving licence with a minimum of 1 year''s driving experience.
