East Midlands Permanent Company Van Provided A leading social housing provider is seeking a qualified Electrician to join its in-house repairs and maintenance team covering Nottingham, Derby, and the wider East Midlands region. Working in occupied residential properties, you''ll carry out responsive repairs, fault finding, testing, inspection and minor electrical works, helping to keep homes safe, compliant and well maintained. The Role Carry out electrical repairs, maintenance and fault finding in domestic properties Complete testing, inspection and minor installation works Manage your own workload across a designated patch Use a tablet/mobile device to update jobs and records Deliver excellent customer service while working in occupied homes Participate in planned out-of-hours and standby rotas Essential Qualifications and Requirements Level 3 NVQ in Electrotechnical Services (or recognised equivalent) Full UK Manual Driving Licence Strong electrical fault-finding and repair experience Comfortable working independently in customers'' homes Good communication and customer service skills Desirable Qualifications 18th Edition Wiring Regulations Level 3 Inspection and Testing Qualification AM2 Certificate Social housing, domestic maintenance or responsive repairs experience What''s on Offer Permanent, long-term opportunity Company van, fuel card, tools, PPE, tablet and mobile phone Overtime and additional earnings available Excellent holiday allowance and pension ..... full job details .....
