We are currently recruiting for an Electrician to join a well-established Building Services team responsible for the maintenance, repair and compliance of a large acute healthcare estate in the Mansfield area. The Role As an Electrician, you will be responsible for carrying out both planned preventative maintenance (PPM) and reactive maintenance activities across a wide range of electrical systems and associated building services equipment. Working within a live hospital environment, you will ensure all tasks are completed safely, efficiently and in compliance with current regulations and standards. Key Responsibilities Carry out PPM and reactive maintenance on electrical systems and plant. Undertake inspection, testing and certification of fixed and portable electrical equipment. Ensure compliance with the latest electrical wiring regulations. Maintain and fault-find on: Electrical distribution systems Emergency power and UPS systems Lighting and power installations Fire alarm systems Nurse call and communication systems Motors and control equipment Building Management Systems (BMS) HVAC-related ..... full job details .....
