Electrician

R9 Recruitment are looking for an Electrician, to carry out a wide range of repairs, maintenance and installation tasks within domestic properties, ensuring all work is safe, compliant and delivered to high standards. Salary: 42,000 Locations available: Kent East London South East London Key Responsibilities: " Routine maintenance, servicing and fault-finding on electrical systems. " Repairing or replacing sockets, fittings, consumer units and domestic electrical components. " Installing smoke alarms, fans, shower units and associated circuits. " Completing risk assessments and maintaining strong Health and Safety practices. " Working safely at heights or in confined spaces. " Supporting apprentices and collaborating with colleagues, tenants and clients. " Ensuring compliance with regulations and contributing to sustainability initiatives.
