Electrician

Position: Electrician
Salary: -28.00ph - -30.00ph - CIS or Umbrella
Location: Rugby
Hours: Monday to Friday 07:30am - 16:00pm

Proactive are currently recruiting for multiple experienced Industrial Electricians begin work in Rugby.

The correct candidate ideally should have industrial experience.

Responsibilities

• Installation of all electrical equipment and machinery.
• Wiring and Termination.
• Testing and Inspection - 2391 Needed
• To report any problems to the Electrical Supervisor in order for them to be relayed to Production
• To work in a safe and tidy manner with regards to company and H&S regulations.
• Fitting out and assembly of control panels in accordance with the relevant drawings, data sheets etc.
• Fixing and assembly of components and consumable materials (e.g., cable trunking / tray etc.)
• Wiring of control panels in accordance with the relevant schematic wiring diagrams etc.
• Advise the Electrical Team Leader of any unexpected material or component shortages

Experience and qualifications required:

• Good standard of education
• 2391 Test and Inspection
• GOLD CARD - Essential
• 17th or 18th Edition Wiring Regulations.
• Experienced with hand tools and power tools.
• Working to CAD electrical drawings, following BOM''s.
• Adhering to strict quality standards.
• IT competent (general use).
