Electrician

Position: Industrial Electrician
Salary: -28-30 per hour
Location: Rugby

Proactive are currently recruiting for an Industrial Electrician in Rugby to start work immediately.
This is an excellent opportunity to join a growing project with further requirements expected in the coming weeks.

As an Industrial Electrician, you''ll be a key part of the installation team, working on industrial machinery and conveyor systems within a fast-paced engineering environment.

Responsibilities:
- Wiring and installation of conveyors and industrial machinery
- Carrying out electrical installations to specification and industry standards
- Testing and inspection of electrical systems
- Reading and interpreting electrical drawings and technical documentation
- Working safely and efficiently on industrial projects
- Collaborating with site teams to meet project deadlines

Personal skills:

- Proven industrial electrical experience
- Gold Card essential
- City & Guilds 2391 (Testing & Inspection) required
- Experience with machinery and conveyor installations
- Ability to read and work from technical drawings
- Strong fault-finding and problem-solving skills
- Self-motivated with a proactive approach to work
- Good communication skills and commitment to health and safety
