Electrician - Social Housing (Remedial Works, Testing & Inspection)
North East Region

We are currently seeking a qualified Electrician to join our team working on voids, insurance, disrepairs and social housing properties in the North East. This role involves carrying out remedial electrical works alongside testing and inspection to ensure properties meet current safety standards.

MUST be willing to travel with a flexible attitude

Requirements:

• City & Guilds 2391 (Inspection & Testing)
• 18th Edition Wiring Regulations
• Full UK Driving Licence
• Experience working in social housing (preferred)
• Electrical Testing Kit
