Nuco Solutions are recruiting a qualified Electrician on behalf of our social housing client based in Barnsley.

Key Responsibilities

• Electrical repairs, installations, and fault finding in occupied and void properties
• Testing, inspection, and certification (EICRs)
• Ensuring all work meets BS 7671 (18th Edition) standards
• Diagnosing faults quickly and delivering effective repairs first time where possible
• Maintaining full compliance with health & safety procedures at all times
• Communicating professionally with tenants and housing staff
• Recording work accurately and completing all relevant documentation
• Delivering high-quality workmanship with minimal disruption to residents

Requirements

• Own van
• ECS Gold Card (Electrician)
• NVQ Level 3 in Electrical Installation
• City & Guilds 2391 (Test & Inspection)
• 18th Edition Wiring Regulations (BS 7671)
• Asbestos Awareness certification
