Job overview Nuco Solutions are recruiting for an experienced Electrician on behalf of a leading social housing contractor operating across London and the South East. This is a permanent opportunity offering a company van, fuel card, bonus scheme, and long-term career stability. Operatives are patched to one area per day to minimise travel and improve efficiency. Role and Responsibilities You will be responsible for carrying out a range of electrical works within occupied and void social housing properties, including: Fault finding and diagnostics Electrical testing and remedial works EICRs (Electrical Installation Condition Reports) Void property works Consumer unit and electrical upgrades Full and partial rewires Boiler wire-ups Electrical maintenance Emergency repairs Requirements 18th Edition Wiring Regulations NVQ Level 3 in Electrical Installation AM2 Qualification ECS Gold Card 2391 Inspection and Testing Qualification (desirable) Full UK Driving Licence Previous social housing experience Benefits Permanent, full-time position Company van and fuel card provided Bonus scheme paid when jobs are completed on target 20 days annual leave plus 8 bank holidays Daily work allocated within a designated patch Ongoing, stable workload ..... full job details .....
