Electrician (Social Housing) We are currently seeking a time-served, fully qualified Electrician to join our team, delivering high-quality work across both tenanted and void properties within the social housing sector. Key Responsibilities Carry out electrical installations, maintenance, and repairs to a high standard Diagnose and rectify faults efficiently within domestic properties Undertake electrical testing and inspection work Work across both occupied (tenanted) and empty (void) properties Perform repairs on a variety of central heating systems where required About You Fully qualified, time-served Electrician Proven experience working within social housing Strong fault-finding, testing, and diagnostic skills Broad knowledge of domestic electrical systems and maintenance Ability to work independently and manage workload effectively Commitment to delivering excellent customer service and workmanship ..... full job details .....
